Basic Technologies Used in the Production: biomass pyrolysis and carbonization.
Main Devices Used: Feeding System, Drying Host, Carbonization Host, Condensing System, De-dusting System and Sealed Water Cooling Discharging System.
1.Crushing and drying. Crush the bamboo into pieces no bigger than 20mm and then dry them in the drying host if the water content is over 15%.
2. Pre-heating the carbonization furnace. Send the dried bamboo to the feeder by the conveyor and then into the carbonization host. About 15 minutes later, the bamboo charcoal will be discharged by the water cooling discharger.
3.Combustible gas generation. 10 minutes after the feeding, there will be combustible gas. It will first enter into the cyclone de-dusting system to get de-dusted and desulfurized and then enter into the condensing system. The condenser will separate the gas into wood vinegar and tar. The rest of the gas will be drawn by the draught to the exterior part of the carbonizing host to supply heat for the host.
4.Recycling of the hot flue gas. Part of the flue gas can be used to heat the dryer and the rest of it will be discharged after being filtered in the de-dusting system (including water cleansing and spraying). If necessary, we can also supply activated carbon absorption and ceramic ring absorption. They are optional for all the customers.
