Automatic Pulp Molding Machine

There are five models: BTF-3-4, BTF-4-4, BTF-4-8, BTF5-8 and BTF-5-12. They are divided into semi-continuous and fully continuous types. After reading parameters, choose a suitable egg tray manufacturing machine according to the output, workshop factory and fund.

Besides, take drying system into consideration. In order to fit these models, there are three drying systems.

1. Trolley-bricking Drying System

Workers push trolley filled with egg trays into bricking drying room. When the egg tray is nearly dried, workers push trolley outside.

2. Bricking Conveyor Dryer

Put egg trays on conveyor. Then conveyor transports these egg trays into drying system. When dried, egg trays are delivered to outside by conveyor.

3. Multi-layer Metal Dryer

It is composted of conveyor and multi-layor line. When you do large-scale production, it is a good way to save manual cost and time cost.
