Beston offers four drying systems. Firstly, natural drying under the sun for small production. Secondly, bricking-trolley drying system. Thirdly, bricking-conveyor drying system. Fourthly, multi-layer metal dryer.

There are three conditions. Firstly, the temperature in the bricking drying system is 180-200℃. Secondly, in the metal drying system, the temperature of top layer is about 200℃; the temperature of medium layer is about 150℃; the temperature of bottom layer is about 70℃.

Final paper trays reach to about 35℃. Take 3-4 bricking drying system as an example. Egg trays in this drying system reach to 200-300℃. When egg trays are transported to outside, they are about 60-70℃。

Firstly, we provide plastic and aluminum mould. In a good maintenance, plastic mould can use about 5 years. Aluminum mould can be used for 7 years. When producing egg trays above 2000 pieces/h, we recommend aluminum mould. Secondly, we offer free standard mould. Besides, we can customize moulds according to customer’s need.
