Carbonization Process of Biomass
The quantitative feeder sends biomass waste (after being crushed into small pieces under 0.8 cm) into the host of the inner layer of the carbonization plant.
After being dried in the inner layer, the biomass is sent to the exterior layer for carbonizing. After the carbonization and pyrolysis of biomass (since the technology used also contains pyrolysis, the machine is called biomass pyrolysis plant as well, click it to learn the relevant information), the charcoal will be finally discharged through the sealed discharger.
*Note: if the water content of the waste is over 45%, you will need an independent dryer.
Combustible gas generated during the carbonization process will be de-dusted by the cyclone de-duster and the spraying tower, and then to heat the drying host. The rest of the gas will flow to the condenser and then be separated into wood vinegar and tar.
