Pyrolysis plant BLJ-16 shares the same design with the small scale pyrolysis machine in the appearance but has the similar features with the fully automatic pyrolysis plant. It is also configured with the auto screw feeder. The carbon black discharging and cooling of the pyrolysis reactor can happen simultaneously. But this type of plant cannot work for 24 hours constantly.
The larger capacity and higher output may cause larger emission and bigger problem to the environment. Beston is concerned about this and has worked out the solutions to deal with the emission problems respectively.
Noise: all the devices which may cause noise, like the draft fan, shredders or pump, have a low-noise design; for the inevitable preliminary construction noise, the customers can solve it themselves by choosing faraway or isolated places to reduce the effect brought by the noise to the surroundings.
Dust and ash: Beston continuous pyrolysis machines have sealed feeding system and fully sealed carbon black discharging system to reduce the dust and ashes effectively.
Smoke and residual gas emission: the hot smoke or the residual gas generated during the process of waste pyrolysis will go through four filtering steps: cyclone de-dusting system, water spraying, and cleansing in the water spray tower, ceramic ring absorption (optional), and activated carbon absorption (optional).
Q: What else municipal solid waste can the fully automatic pyrolysis equipment process except for the waste tires and plastic?
A: Usually, Beston pyrolysis plant can process waste tires, rubber products wastes, plastic waste (excluding PVC and PET) and oily sludge.
Q: Can the pyrolysis oil from the continuous tyre pyrolysis plant be used for driving cars?
A: No. The pyrolysis oil can be the raw material to produce qualified diesel oil but cannot be used directly as fuel oil safely. The qualified diesel derived from the pyrolysis oil can be used in heavy machinery, trains, ships or planes, so it cannot be used for cars.
