New Heating Technology
1. New technology is added to the heating structure. We combine the advantages of the old heating structure with the wind-type heating together and invent a new heating structure. 1.Feeder: using automated screw feeding system to feed the tyres into the reactor.
2.Reactor: container-style design, easy to transport and assemble.
3.Pre-treating system: add tyre shredding machine and wire drawing machine to the continuous equipment. When the waste tyre is bigger than 12mm, they need to get shredded into small pieces.
4.Slag-out System: the discharging of carbon black is designed 24-hour constantly running, so there is no need to wait for the cooling of the continuous pyrolysis reactor.

Application of Tyre Pyrolysis Oil
