1. All the valves-Check every week to see if the open and close is sensitive and if it is sealed well. If the opening or closing is stuck or the sealing is not well, you need to change new valves.
2. Driver reducer-Regular check the running of the driver reducer, check the amount and quality of the lubricating oil. If the oil is not sufficient or the color is black with some impurities, you need to add more oil or change the oil.
3. All flange joints-Regular check (weekly)the bolts at the flange joints to see if they are loose or rusty and if the sealing is well. Tighten up the bolts if they are loose.
4. Draft fan-Regular check (daily) the running of the draft fan to see if it has strange noise, vibration, excessive temperature rising (no exceeding 40℃ than the environmental temperature)
5. Cooling tower- check during the working process to see if there are noises or vibration. if there are, check if the motor blower fan is stably and firmly.
