When the inner temperature of the reactor reaches 160 ℃, the oil gas comes out and then flow to the manifold. In the manifold, the heavy particles in the oil gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and reserved into the heavy oil tank. Light oil gas will rise up to the tube condensers and then become light oil. The combustible gas will be filtered in the hydroseal. It will be de-dusted in the cyclone dedusting system and then get the sulfur removed from the gas. Then it will be recollected to use as fuel in the burning room.
The hot smoke/residual gas will be cooled down in the flue condenser and then go through several filtering steps before emission, i.e.: de-dusting system, water spraying and cleansing. The customer can also choose ceramic ring absorption and activated carbon absorption if they need.
The full sealed discharging system can discharge the carbon black out automatic during the whole plastic pyrolysis process.
