About the Plastic to Fuel Conversion Process

Convert plastic to fuel by a professional plastic to oil conversion machine, the following process is what you may want to know,

1. Loading and feeding. Feed the waste plastic scraps into the pyrolysis reactor.

2. Heat the reactor and then the interior temperature of the reactor will elevate and pyrolysis process is on.

3. When it reaches 160 ℃, there will be oil gas. And then the oil gas will go to the manifold.

4. In the manifold, the heavy particles in the oil gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and then reserved in a heavy oil tank. The light oil gas will then rise up to the tube condensers and be cooled down. And then it will be liquefied into light oil and reserved in the light oil tank.

5. The combustible gas is a byproduct of the pyrolysis process. It will be de-sulfurized and de-dusted in the hydro seal and then be reused to provide heat for the reactor in the burning room.

6. The smoke will be cooled down in the flue condenser and then go to the dedusting system. In the water spraying tower, the smoke will go through water cleansing, spraying, ceramic ring absorption and activated carbon absorption processes to make sure the final emission of the smoke meet the standard of EU Environmental Protection and Emission.
